Customer Review: Terrible Quality control, Terrible product
Ordered this mouse from amazon as a replacement to a Logitech corded laser mouse that I dropped on a tile floor and damaged. 1st Microsoft mouse product arrived in retail package DOA. The receiver would not even recognize the mouse. Tried different batteries (1 is supplied). Tried to change the channel on the mouse thinking perhaps there was interference. Tried to reset the mouse and USB receiver. Tried to position the mouse at all different distances and planes to the receiver. No luck. The mouse was simply DEAD. Wasted a full hour of my life trying to get a mouse to simply recognize the signal and function. It is rather difficult to believe that there would be quality control problems in this day and age on a MOUSE.

Forget about using the velcro. Instead, hold in palm of hand and operate scroll wheel and clickers with thumb. Laser works well on small{less than 2″ square} flat, fabric surface of chair arm-just lift mouse about 3/4″ off the surface and with 3 strokes you can move pointer all the way across screen. I don’t know why these aren’t more popular for web surfing as using it is virtually effortless.

I returned two of these mice because the forward and backward buttons did not work. I ordered the mouse to use with a MacBook Pro based on the stated Mac support for this product. The mouse paired flawlessly, tracking was excellent, and the scroll wheel functioned well. The mouse is surprisingly light, and it fit very well in my hand.

I purchased this mouse about a month ago and as it says in the description “just plug and play.” I wasn’t too happy with the bluetooth mouse I was using and it started to go out once in a while, so I decided to try a wire mouse and decided on this one. It is more comfortable than the one I have on my PC [got this one for my Mac] and I haven’t had any trouble with it. All in all, I am very satisfied.

This is not a good product. It’s cursor control is spotty at best. For instance, you can be moving the cursor to the right of the screen and suddenly it jerks to the left. Avoid this one at all costs. It is NOT worth its reasonable price.

I have been using this keyboard for over 1 year. So far, this has been my favorite keyboard ever. I do a lot of gaming and sit in a lot of unusual places, so I wanted something slim. This keyboard suited my purposes perfectly. It even had a detachable keypad so I would not be bothered by worthless extra space when playing games not requiring a keypad. Although my keyboard has taken a lot of abuse, it is still functioning.

Customer Review: Scroll Wheel does not work properly; No Web Support
Beware, many people have no mouse wheel scrolling. There is no support for this on their website. Calling the Tech Support number requires your name, phone number, put on hold, then told to re-install drivers, and finally told it is defective and to go exchange it… nice.
$200 for this product is incredibly overpriced.
