the really cool thing is that the mouse has the fourth button in the lower part, which is not possible to find in the new models (and it’s a lot more ergonomic, as you don’t have to raise your thumb to use it). but the design of the mouse body is somewhat not fitting a comfortable position of the hand on the mouse. in the same time, you have to pay attention to the compatibility of this mouse with the newer operating systems (since this is an older model and doesn’t have updated drivers for the most current systems).
Customer Review: Rugged Mouse with Long Battery Life
I’ve had my MouseMan Optical for about three years now. The unit still works like the day it was new. Its buttons are solid, the optical light is precise and the enclosure is strong and crack free. I average about 90 days of regular use on rechargable AA batteries.
And for you Linux users, yes it works and all four buttons are recognized.
Nothing negative to say about his Logitech product. If you’re looking for a full sized cordless rodent, you won’t be disappointed with this one.
